When is the next annual shareholder meeting?
Many of our shareholders have asked us about when our next annual shareholders meeting will be held. Our new bylaws, which were approved in July 2007, give the company more flexibility to hold the annual shareholder meeting anytime during each calendar year. This means that we can hold our annual shareholders meeting anytime in 2008. Previously, the company was required to hold the annual shareholders meeting before the end of each fiscal period.
I am a Tully’s shareholder. I recently gifted, donated, or sold some of my Tully’s shares to another party. How can I get the shares transferred to that party? Who is the Transfer Agent for Tully’s?

Can I buy Tully's coffee from my grocery store?
That same coffee you buy at our stores can be enjoyed in your own home. Many supermarkets in the western United States now feature a selection of Tully's delicious coffees. In some supermarkets our convenient 12 oz. bags of ground coffee are available. Other stores also offer Tully's coffees in whole bean bulk displays so that you can purchase exactly the amount you want, and grind it to your personal specifications. More stores are on the way - if you cannot find Tully's coffee at your favorite store, we encourage you to shop at one of these participating merchants, or ask your local store manager to add Tully's coffee to your favorite store.

How many people work for Tully's?

How did you get the name "Tully's"?
The founder of our company, Tom Tully O'Keefe gave his middle name to the company. Although it sounds Irish, it was actually passed down from his Uncle Tully from Greece.
