BARISTAS

Baristas are responsible for selling coffee and merchandise, assisting customers, and making our coffee drinks. Baristas work full- or part-time and are compensated on an hourly basis. We provide on-going training as well as incentive programs for all of our Baristas.Apply Online

ASSISTANT MANAGERS

Assistant Managers learn all aspects of running a Tully's store. Their primary responsibilities include selling coffee and merchandise, assisting customers, and making our coffee drinks. Additionally, our Assistant Managers are responsible for paperwork, cash-handling, scheduling, and store management in the absence of a Store Manager.

Qualified candidates should have up to a year of management experience in a retail or restaurant environment.Apply Online

STORE MANAGERS

Store Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of a Tully's store. This includes selling coffee and merchandise, assisting customers, making our coffee drinks, employee schedules, deposits, paperwork and community involvement. Our Store Managers are additionally responsible for maintaining employee communication within their stores, other stores in their region, and with the corporate office.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year management experience in a retail or restaurant environment.Apply Online
